- MGMark GallJun 3, 20191.0Service is sooooo slooooow, you’d be quicker hand delivering anything you want to post by hand. They make up the cost for delivery in their head. Don’t measure anything properly. Something fits in the small letter box no problem but charge for a large letter and keep turning things to obtuse angles to make them not fit. It’s like when my one year old was trying to use his shape sorter but worse. If you need to collect a parcel, prepare for a long wait. You can see the parcel on the shelf and the old man looks everywhere for it, even through the back without seeing it. When you try to point to it, it turns into a game of Play Your Cards Right. “Higher, lower, lower...”

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
You may have been refused if you’re not signed up to this service. If you’d like to do so, contact your bank directly to find out whether they offer the service and how to sign up.
If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
